Welcome to the Global Challenge website. Global Challenge provides practical relief to alleviate poverty and suffering and address a range of social problems currently in the Soroti region of Uganda We work closely with our friends in Uganda running pratical projects that help the community. On going projects include Crossroads School, supporting children and young people with disabilities and learning difficulties, livestock, tailoring skills, children's and youth work. Global Challenge is an outreach of Queens Road Baptist Church Broadstairs. |

1. To raise awareness of our charity's work, and invite involvement from the congregations of Queens Road Baptist and other churches, as well as the community, including Schools. We want to encourage people to share our vision and passion. 2. To manage and coordinate, through a project leader in Uganda, initatives to alleviate poverty and suffering, advance education and improve health and self sufficiency. 3. To raise funds to finance our initiatives through sponsorship schemes, promotional events and talks as in 1. above. |
